Stage 1: Submit approval letter to use foreign workers<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

In order to apply for an approval letter to obtain work permits for foreign workers, enterprises need to submit an approval letter at least 15 days in advance from the date foreign workers expect to work.<\/span><\/p>\n

The approval letter will be returned within 10 days if the application is valid.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stage 2: Apply for a work permit<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0Sponsoring enterprises are asked to submit a work permit application to the licensing authority at least 15 days before the date their foreign workers expect to work at the enterprise.<\/span><\/p>\n

A work permit can be processed between 5 and 7 working days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Generally, the time toobtain a work permit can be estimated within 45 days if the application is complete and valid. Sometimes, the application for a work permit can be delayed if there any misses\u00a0 the documents.<\/span><\/p>\n

Required documents to apply for a work permit<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n
