Notice: A legal Establishment License of Branch\/Representative Office must be issued by one of the authorized agencies: The industry and commerce department of a city or a province. They also have to right to reissue, ammend, supplement, extend, revoke the Establishment License of Branch\/Representative Office in Vietnam.<\/p>\n

  3. The charter of the company<\/li>\n
