A temporary residence card (TRC) is valid as a visa, which is issued by an immigration authority or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, allows foreign residents to stay in Vietnam legally. The validity of a temporary residence card varies from 2 to 5 years depending on how good a person\u2019s documents are. It is not too hard to submit a temporary residence card here.
