To extend a visa in Vietnam, foreigners need to prepare all the following requirements:
- Original passport;
- 1 photo sized 4×6cm;
- For a business visa, or residence card (Business license of the sponsor);
- For family visit visa or temporary residence card to visit relatives (Certificate of proof of relationship, household registration book, marriage registration certificate, ID card of the sponsor;
- For Tourist visa (original passport only);
- Temporary residence registration certificate (if any).
