Is it illegal for foreign teachers to come to Vietnam to work without a work permit?
According to Decision 154 of Labor Law in 2019, there are 20 cases that have work permit examption. However, foreign teachers Vietnam are not in this group. Step 2: Apply for a work permit for foreign teachers teaching in Vietnam
- Application to submit work permit
- Health certificate (made abroad or in Vietnam are both valid)
